We represent the UK’s most respected charities, connecting them with long-term supporters. The Pay & Perks of a Charity Fundraiser

  • Professional Base Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour (Tiered progression).
  • Uncapped Bonuses: £30 bonus for every sign-up achieved over your weekly target.
  • All Expenses Paid: 100% of your travel and accommodation is covered. Work in the best territories across the UK at zero cost to you.
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM). Keep your weekends or opt-in for Saturday bonuses.
  • Weekly Pay: Steady income via PAYE (3 weeks in lieu verification period).
  • Meaningful Impact: Raise vital funds for world-class causes involving animals, children, cancer, and more.

Fast-Track to Leadership 🪜

At The 25:40 Initiative we don’t believe in waiting years for a promotion. We have a documented, merit-based path to management:

  1. Team Leader: Move to £16.00 per hour + £40 personal bonuses + £10 team overrides.
  2. Senior Management: Progression to Campaign Manager and Operational Ownership is available for those who lead from the front.
